HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
The houses are really designed for families, not our group. In order to
keep the trip affordable, we make the sleeping arrangements a bit
retreat-style: 2-4 people per room, almost all 2-person beds have 2
people on them and the last person to register in each house will be on
a queen sleeper-sofa.
In order to accomplish this, we ask for volunteers: we ask that people
not attending with a significant other ("singles") consider sharing a
bed with another single, and we even include a discount for folks
willing to do this.
House & bed assignments will be published before the end of January.

CARPOOL ARRANGEMENTS
We encourage carpooling. However, arranging
carpools is a surprising amount of work, so we don't do that. Instead,
we facilitate carpooling by collecting the information in this section
and sending it to all participants, to help people can work out their
own arrangements.

VI.
EARLY BREAKAWAY
Some folks can come up a day early, so we open up a
few houses and start the Escape on Thursday. Since there are fewer
people, it's even more informal than the Escape. We even do some of the
organization through emails to each other.
We assume that the options for the main Escape apply to the Breakaway.
In addition, everyone must prepare one meal and clean up one meal, from
Thursday dinner through Friday lunch. It's an additional $30

The registration fee is a sliding scale, pay what you can afford and you think the weekend is worth.
Payment is due by January 31, 2008 or, if it's after the deadline, as soon as you can.
